After the forum went from subscription to free for everyone, there was a spammer attack that used the PM function to spam a porn video.

Thus began a policy of 50 posts or 30 days to be able to use the Private Messaging feature of the forum. I have seen many complaining and not understanding what this is about, though I have explained it 4 or 5 times in various threads.

Today that barrier was lowered to 10 posts or 12 days.

A lot of people will now find their usernames have changed color and they can now PM.
