i had come to realize it was kundalini energy ... and i have been working with it ever since ... can now bring it forth within moments if i want to ... understanding the mind/body tie-in ...

since the growth of this knowledge to me ... whenever i write or speak my truth ... the 'chills' are of greater strength now ... it really feels magical ...
