By now, I guess everyone knows the last 15 days have seen some
huge quakes over on the other side of the
"Ring Of Fire" from the west coast of US.
Well the "big one" they had over there yesterday, was followed by
3 more the same size!

I'm thinking that much movement on that side has
got to be changing the dynamics for us over here (Wash. Or. & Cal.).
It is interesting, to say the least, as I live about 6 miles from the
San Andreas fault
Infact, it was here that some idiot at USGS decided they'd try out on of their "good ideas"... To see if they could dig the world's deepest man-made hole. Where? Yup! Right down thru the fault! Theres just something about following through on that idea that just makes me think their geologists actually don't get out much.
