I've always wondered why customers of Bank of America continue doing banking with them after the customer continuously pays outrageous fees for virtually everything Bank of America does!! Especially when most other banks have better service and not so obvious extortion!

But yea the above article really expresses the disdain BoA has for its customers and apparently even more so now.

I'm sure a lot of other banks would love to express gratitude to new customers and support the nation.
