You can interpret it several ways. Is this the message to wall street to get ready to move should the big economic nose dive begin . A warning that things are not going as planned and the cards on the bottom of the house are starting to shake and buckle / Sept 30th is the end of the fiscal year keep your eyes on the market lots of insider selling going on
