I am originally from Penna. and the folks there are true conservatives. They don't believe in anything new or changing anything until it has been proven to be beneficial. Call them skeptics if you will, but sometimes those attitudes turn out to be to everyone's advantage. I hope that all of the states in the US can pass similar legislation that will hold up as time goes on. This is very important stuff. LB
