Yesterday, I bought something and the register rang up $17.77. I used a $20 bill to pay for something.

Also got a $7.77 while ringing up some more items. I quipped to the woman behind the register, "Awful lot of 777s lately."

I wonder if someone's trying to tell me something or if it's simply a coincidence?
