I was just researching chem trails. Up until now I had just briefly heard about them. Here is the video I just watched about telling the difference between normal contrails and toxic chem trails (below):

Then I found a website of a nurse who is very aware of chem trails and she not only describes other lies of the prescription drug companies and doctors, she recommends that you take this to not be as effected by the trails:

Now she suggests taking MODIFLAN (which comes from seaweed) she says it is useful because it gets rid of heavy metals and toxins that the chem trails are spewing into the air.
I don't know much about MODIFLAN, but I do have another recommendation that would be as affective if not more and that is ACTIVATED CHARCOAL. Hear is a site that tells you all about it, and many reviews of people's experiences taking it.
