Lightbulb Too Much Cola Can Cause Muscle Problems

I've read and heard about many cases of illness that seem to simply disappear when colas and other sodas are eliminated from the diet.

Some supposed Multiple Sclerosis diagnosed symptoms are directly linked to cola consumption and also disappear shortly after abstaining from them.

Remember too, that cola and beer are made with city water which contains fluoride amongst other contaminants. Bear in mind also how quickly sodas drag down your pH considering the pH level of them is 2.5, very acidic (like battery acid).

Too Much Cola Can Cause Muscle Problems

WEDNESDAY, May 27 (HealthDay News) -- Drinking too much cola can increase the risk of a muscle problem called hypokalemia, experts warn.

In people with hypokalemia, a drop in blood potassium levels results in problems with vital muscle functions. Symptoms can range from mild weakness to serious paralysis, say Greek researchers who conducted a review of people who drank between two to nine liters of cola a day.
