So, let the home prices drop! They are a cause of many of Vermont's ills. People are forced to leave the state to find affordable housing. Rent rises.

I'm sick of people using my state as a vacation and second home state! We are people too! Why doesn't anyone care about us?
A non-homeowner would be the only one to look at this mess in a positive way!
