Newhound is a BOT that pull's the top 3 headlines from
www.bbc.co.uk at given intervals.
It can't differentiate between news item content, so unfortunely there will be some duplication.
If a headline is updated [North Korea for example] it "see's" it as a new item, and if it's in the top 3 headlines it post's it.
I'll instruct the Mods to watch for duplicate Newshound items & delete where required
