All very good, but are any of them, or were any of them, involved with OPI?, were any involved in deep black programs not acknowledged and with no paper trails? you know, those often hinted at but never really knowing if they existed teams? Of course all would be willing to come forward with their little bits of paper. They are/were in the open arena, the white world you could say. So none would have certain restrictions on them. Getting really fed up with this round and around. Lets out of sheer boredom with you and your nit picking, come up with a scenario, a hypothetical scenario. Lets say that around the early 1970's it was decided to piece together a team of people that could integrate and eventually steer opinion towards required areas. These people would work within many areas including the required research field in question. Lets say, in this scenario, that the objective was to stall any disclosure whilst parties with direct interest fostered agreements with OPI. At all costs they had to keep this out of the media, out of the publics eye, and out of researchers reach and knowledge. Lets say that after a number of events of a certain nature, elements within that group of individuals began to realise this was wrong and decided to do something about it. factions within factions on the outside looking as if working together but in reality, internal war was raging. Lets say, in this hypothetical scenario that in later years as other OPI became involved this internal struggle has broadened and the original individuals are scattered globally. Each side trying to educate the public, to bring to the table data that they wish the public to know. each being different of course. One side trying to educate the public of the deeds of the less scrupulous, whilst the less scrupulous darken the issues and continue the cover up and non disclosure agenda.

Could of course go on but as I said, its hypothetical
