A great thread Antaletriangle, and very timely. Once one makes a start to putting up food, the ideas grow like Topsy. Just do it, and the Universe is right behind you. Co-Creation at its best. Very little is wasted in my household now that I have a de-hydrator. I make great jerky, my own teas, dried herbs, fruit, vegetables. The list is endless.
