If we lose control of Pakistan we lose control of the majority of shipments and resupply lines to Afghanistan. Roughly 70%. We are trying to do damage control by pulling troops out of Iraq and sending them to Afghanistan.

Make no mistake. Pakistan has sided with China/Russia. We are being surrounded.

Great find Questiny, if the new president's first trip is to China, that is a sure sign that Pakistan is aligning itself with China. I say this as an American, of course, but should we have expected anything different. We have used our economic and military advantage of recent decades not to improve the world, but to "bully" it into submission. Sooner or later the bully gets "punched in the nose". With the true economic power on the planet lying in China and Russia, Pakistan was sure to turn that way eventually. When we started crossing their borders illegally and killing their citizens, I'm sure that move was already in place.
Questiny,
Think back to the exchange we had the other day about "sides being taken". This is evidence of that.
