God bless you - David and wife. You are following a path
and it sounds like a good one to me.

My guiding star over the years has been "Seek first
the kingdom of God and all these things (the
necessities of life) will be given to you."

You can interpret "kingdom of God" anyway you
like - but this has never failed for me.

Now retired, living happily and frugally, I wondered
how I was going to pay the bills. Then out of the
blue on Christmas Eve arrived an "Economic
Security Package" from the Australian Govt.
which paid my water bill and more - beyond
necessities.

I believe we as a society are being led down this
path - back to basics - which brings a kinder
and gentler society.
