Lol, sorry I'll clarify. Read the bills. The one about home visitations is for preparing kids mentally for kindergarten. You know with diagnoses and stuff
The problem with that is that people who take these drugs die 25 years younger. The media is not admitting that it's the drug's fault, but studies do say after long term use antidepressants, antinueroleptics, etc can cause heart problems higher risk for diabetes, obesity, etc. This was the only article I could find that tactually admitted the drugs were at fault:
