According to the ancient secrets,we were once androgynous and perfect. Somewhere along the lines we became split and began to misuse the sexual energy and fell from grace.

Misuse the sexual energy, in that not seeing it as part of the divine and sending the energy up through the chakras and instead keeping it within the lower realms. Through a self directed and spiritual love to connect in this attained union manifesting the divine qualities of god head? Is this why so many ancient cultures focus on the breath as a vehicle for alignment with the energy of the divine?
