When you see a number how do you know in which way to break it apart or cipher it as in 40 taking in to 4 1111 as some numbers where 22 is broken down to 11 11. Are there rules on how to determine how to cipher the numbers?

When you say god made a covenant is that allegory, or what is your definition of God, did a god create us , or as some people say aliens, or a combo plate of the two, or in the 11 dimensions are there each a consciousness that is god of that dimensions.
