That message was received in Charleston in the evening of 29 August 1981, and in part read as follows: (From UFO CONTACT FROM RETICULUM)

Transmission begins:

Cultivation of accumulated data implemented into 'NETWORK' vehicle operations... individual scale increased.

Expedition to Andromeda stellar system approved by decision of 'NETWORK' Eldership.

Earth operations discontinued for stated period..."

· This was truly astounding. The Pleiadians and these beings from Reticulum were both curtailing operations over Earth at the some time, for some time, and were both going to a meeting in Andromeda on affairs concerning this sector of this Galaxy.
