We sold our TV FrancieJones on trademe for one dollar reserve. There was a bidding war near the end of the auction and we got the princely sum of twenty dollars for it. No regrets. Its such a mind-control device. People (especially children) lose the ability to focus for more than six minutes at a time. (between ads). It was my daughter's descision which was great, because she was quite addicted to the thing. Several times after we got rid of it, she said "Just as well it was my descision to get rid of it!' The old addiction was still trying to kick in. Its just so boring. How many rapes and murders and stupid reality shows can a person take of an evening!
