I see it happening, but not like the professor predicts.

If you look at what happened in the old Soviet Union
they did indeed break up. It was dicey for about 15 years

Now they are back.

IMHO the current dispute with the Ukraine is not about gas, it is about reclaiming a wayward state.

They were down, but not out.

This is what I think will happen to the USA.

The loss of the imperial federal government might be a
good think. Break the back of central control.

Down but not out.

But then I always was an antifederalist in a Jeffersonian
sort of way.
