If it is true or a possibility or even a potential possibility, it'd be interesting to know how it fits in with alleged plans for the North American Union, especially as it is rumoured that some of these segments will be run/influenced by countries other than Canada and Mexico. Would one plan run after the other or perhaps this is an alternative backup?
