Oh $12 a year is not bad. Also you could allow people to upload their own avitar if they pay, and use a canned avitar is they have not paid. And maybe have a $75 a year option where they get a...

It's no more than $65 a month for a dedicated server, and $200 a year for Vbulletin, Totalling $980 a year.
