Hmmmm...its a good start.
Towards taxing something that should be FREE...just like ENERGY. The government wants to develop and industry that they have spent the last 100 years or so destroying as if they just figured out how to control it.

Oh wait...marijuana (HEMP or Cannabis) it is a good medicine. We will grow it in labs and sell it through regulated sources ...you kids don't mind if we through a little nicotine or crack in these Monsanto genetic altered HEMP seeds do ya? Great...happy dementia. :thumbdown:

Here is my suggested simple 1 step solution to the hemp crisis.

1. LEGALIZE.

Has anybody seen the movie GRASS? In the movie it explains how Cannabis was first criminalized and how they have gotten away with keeping it illeagle to this day. Our country was founded by rich white cotton farmers who were in compitition with the Mexican hemp farmers coming up from the south. Hemp was a much more productive product then cotton and they knew it. Therefore in order for them to keep their economy on top they had to find a reason to make cannabis illeagle.
