No taxes: Offshore assets, foundations, churches!?
I am a church - all life bodies are developed by God.
temples* unite! {not templars or masonic jerks} :mfr_lol: :lmfao: peace in business partnership with God the Almighty Universe/s Or: bring offshore money home, tax foundations & churches - kill loopholes everywhere! - NO SAFE HAVENS! *body is temple of soul baby |
Re: No taxes: Offshore assets, foundations, churches!?
You make a good point! If the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (this is biblical)...are we not all individual churches...and thus tax-exempt?

Churches should be taxed, especially when they get into politics.

I guess declaring sovereignty seems like a lot of paperwork. :naughty:
And actually, I don't have an objection to taxes DEPENDING where the dollars go. If it's the common good, it's OK. I DO resent the offshore hiding of national wealth, which would make me want to F*K the system too. (It's kind of a system of agreements, faith and a bit of honour, but major earners jump ship, get bail-outs, send money to Switzerland/etc.) What about the wars? The security infrastructure after 9/11? ... It's like paying to have someone whack your head. I'm feeling a logic to personal tax exemption based on XXX (?). Unfortunately, it was a little, gnat-size fairy thought - without a whole insight into how it would work! It may just be a dumb idea, swept out with the next tide. In the meantime, my church name ideas: 1. Church of the Protective Pita Pocket <3Ps! 2. Weird Happenstance of Existence Church 3. Church of the Communion Wafer Beam In theory, I produce a piece of paper to an employer if I have one, the government, which states that based on s. ^%&^ art. %&^ in tax law, I am able to pay the amount of taxes I choose to pay (donation). Maybe a bit like tithing, or maybe nothing. It's so easy, any one could do it. Perhaps even like a conscientious objector, where the power and decisions are mine re engagement with levels of government. Or, like I said, chase the offshore wealth, seize it, tax foundations and churches. It would be huge income for governments IMO. Most of cash-moving is actually white-collar crime anyway. Just think: offenders doing time, labour for free, as they're incarcerated. Voluntary taxes for all. :original: |
