Update on HR2749 Food Safety Enhancement Act
 

I found a great site that has all things related to sustainable agriculture and organic farming.

To my surprise, on it, I found a very recent (July 27) article regarding the much debated federal food and safety enhancement act.

On that page of the article, there is a link to the FULL TEXT of the proposed bill. If you are interested in this bill, you can read it for yourself and see the language of what it says.

The main purpose of the site is to support organic and sustainable gardening for small gardeners, farmers and ranchers. It has a fantastic set of resources on this site.

Nice site, thanks. Sustainable living is the future, and this starts with community, organic and sustainable gardens, farms and food supplies. I'd like to see more on this here in the future!

This too, is what I envisioned for Avalon to do, and to do with the aid of the library....

Since the library site is down, and I had found these great sites, I thought I would pass them along in the main forum.

I work in a college architecture library, and have been doing some research for some of the professors on sustainability...

Please let me know if any of you have an interest in any subject, and I will try to go fetch some sources!!!!!!!!

Hopefully, the library will be back....
