What they don't tell you is that there were actually more than 20 people given bonuses, not just ten. Fifteen of the top 20 will be giving at least some of the bonuses back, which *sounds* great, but in actuality only amounts to about USD$30 Million out of $165 Million being returned. At least five of the 20 people who received the largest bonuses are foreign nationals living in other countries (particularly England), and none of them will be paying back a cent.
