Your kindness in light of recent events is especially
noted and appreciated.

I have been only doing what is absolute necessary and
getting as much rest as possible. I have been drinking plenty
of purified water with a little herbal tea.

I watched the video you supplied, and noted an increase in energy
immediately afterward. Thank you! I assume it's designed to activate
self-healing and increase one's vibration?

Bottom line- this is just a bug and I have beat far worse than this.
I am sure I will be back to my normal self in a couple days, and I will
be sure to post again so my name can be removed from the list to make
room for someone else.

The frequencies Tango advised you to listen to are well
worth keeping them at end and listen to whenever you
feel a low in spirit .

Thank you for your continued kindness....

I don't know that I have it in me to create a thread of any substance
right now, but I felt well enough yesterday to help my friend move
her small alternative healing practice to a different location.

I will check in again on this thread next week.
I am compulsive about cleaning up loose ends- I can't help it. :naughty:

Because of your efforts, I appear to be completely past whatevever pathogen was troubling me. For that, I am deeply grateful for the assistance.

Thanks to Tango, I am now aware of the Solfeggio frequencies, and have
been listening to them whenever possible.

I am still working on raising my vibration, and improving my mental and emotional state despite ongoing challenges.

This will be my last post in this thread unless I require further assistance or feel moved to help others as you have helped me.
