remembering past lives ?
 

Im really interested in finding out about my past and was wondering if anyone here had any joy doing it / what methods they used ?
Been looking into freezone scientology after reading the dane tops interview and bills account of using it . The only problem is , the auditing can be quite pricey .
The more i read about wanderers , the more i think i need to pierce the veil .

I have an extensive recall of many of my past lives. It is difficult to recomend a technique in particular but a good starting point is learning how to meditate

There is no one technique, it is a process that starts by accepting it is possible and reconecting to all that you are in order to remember. Most of the good techniques will cost you money.

Most of the information is in your cells and in a sphere around your mental body called EGO epigenetic overlay

As a therapist I have done past-life regression therapy to deal with trauma based disorders that did not originate in this life. However, there are a number of CDs out there that guide one through past life regressions and can be done at home. Doreen Virtue also has a past-life CD available but if you google past-life regression CDs or check it out at Amazon.com you will likely find a lot of info.

I didn't really like Doreen Virtue's voice but it looks like there are others who might have a more calming relaxation introduction.
