Sorry Carmen, I've run out. I have to keep taking my glasses off because the get fogged up. I stumbled out to the kitchen to get a paper towel and tripped over one of the cats. I should have known better - Muffin always sleeps in the middle of the carpet runner.

OUCH!! It reminded me of the book, "Cat's revenge" by Claude Bawles.

Oh dear! Brook and Judy, let me sit down and catch my breath. Phew. That was hard work.

During the late 50s and early 60s I was doing the nightclub circuit in Auckland as a compere and floor-show organizer. Those clips brought back old memories of dancing the night away between shows.

Brings to mind the line, "What I once used to do all night, now takes me all night to do once."

In those days, the Go-Go dancers were the in thing. They performed with such energy that the girls could only do one or two numbers then they'd have to take a break while two others would replace them.

Take a look at this clip of a Chuck Berry performance of "Johnny B. Goode" - it makes me feel exhausted just watching.

This is the result of what happened to my friend when he ate the chili in the Avalon Restaurant and someone spiked his drink with nitro-methane.
He actually thought he was going to take off down the runway.

Someone messaged me about this 'Gateway Treatment' By Dr Michael Wolf Kruvant... I thought I'd share my reply here to save anyone who reads this some money....

I was VERY disappointed... the dvd is rubbish, some outdated radio interviews pasted end-to-end with generic ufo culture pics. The last quarter of the dvd is 'The Gateway Treatment' which is the whole reason I bought it.. you cant even skip straight to that bit, the dvd is so poorly slapped together, anyway the actual treatment is the biggest load of **** ive ever heard: 'you are getting very sleepy.. your consciousness is expanding... expanding... expanding" - That sort of monotone garbage..

The worst thing of all is Dr Michael Wolfs voice!!! The most horrible rasping slow, voice with the worst kind of new york accent imaginable.. absolutely torturous to listen to.

I would love to get the "Catchers of Heaven" book! but I hope I have saved you some money, the DVD is so bad, you would have to pay me alot of money to listen to that **** again.. not a single synapse was formed, I actually felt less intelligent after having my brain raped by his horrible stumbling voice

I got ripped off!!
