I hear you all to well Karen for the last two months I`ve had internal pain in my Right arm wrist elbow right to the right shoulder Blade lifting my self out of bed brought shooting pain thru my back shoulder area thru to under my armpit don`t know what it is but I have lost the sensation in my right index finger the first knuckle just below the finger nail, sleeping is painful I take no meds and refuse to let the pain beat me My son had me laughing so hard the pain flared right up and i thought i was going to give in and go to the hospital . just tried to relax take warm baths and used a heating pad 24 /7 for a couple of weeks better now but still have no felling in the fingertip and have to watch how much weight i`m lifting

Call me a stupid Hockey player but its just the way i was brought.

You sure are popular, Karen! You're such a good-willed person who never stops seeking to help, so it's time for the Universe to give you back some help. And I know that you can accept it all, because you're such a generous person, and like breeds like or something like that.

Now that we know what your health problem is, people can get to work on focusing healing energy on it. Some health problems need repeated doses for a while, but I'm sure we can keep the healing energy going for some time yet.
I also hope some of the other Moderators can arrange a Moderator Holiday for you so you can rest a little.

Karen,

Not being able to get rest and being in pain or near pain all the time is very hard to deal with, and I am sending soothing energy to you. I hope you practice resetting our parasympathetic system regularly because it would only be normal for you to be in a constant state of anxiety / stress from what you have shared.

I also learned a sleep web some years ago that works for most people if you want to set up a time to chat on yahoo, pm me.

meantime.... for old trauma... rub your feet... let hips splay... gently balm feet (or a nice cream)... be slow ... very slow

Being not able to sleep sounds like no fun at all.

If you're fond of natural health books, two I recommend are Raymond Francis' Never Be Sick Again (he was allergic to everything!) and Andreas Moritz' Miracle Liver and Gallbladder cleanse (connecting with sauce put me onto that).

Actually it would be very easy to be a liver doctor, whatever the complaint of the patient, you just say, "You need to do a liver cleanse" :original:

Maybe that's something to consider.

Also another favourite topic of mine: Maybe you need a break from Avalon. Try a complete break from the PC for a week (if you can). I swear these things run us down like batteries - and with the world the way it is as seen from Avalon, I'm surprised any of us sleep at night....:shocked:

Go away from the PC ... and it all goes away.... trust me :wink2:

Karen, we admire you for your ability to open up and ask for assistance. Sometimes bravery involves revealing our need for help from others. It is the first step toward healing. We love you and give many thanks for your work on this forum. Mint tea is the answer I am hearing regarding your stomach upset. The muscular/skeletal will take more rest time. Watch that cold weather! Keep very warm...I have experience with this, and recently recovered 90 percent from a twenty year chronic pain incident. I shall dream your recovery with love. LB:wub2:

I just wanted to relay this info to you... at the end of August, I took a fall; the problems you describe are similar to what I had. After about 2 weeks of going to different doctors, I tried applying magnets (see Amway's "Magna Bloc") to pressure points 1) on my sciatic nerve (center of my buttock, 2) on my groin (where the hamstring attaches to hips) and 3) on my 2° charkra..... I left them on for about 6 hours until I coudn't stand them anymore and all problems were gone! I could walk normally without crutches! It was amazing!

Maybe you could try something like this!

Hi Karen,
I wish you well, my thoughts and love are on their way.

I watched this video the other day

and on part 2 it showed an interesting device that puts oxygen in your glass of water and when drank it gets more oxygen into your body which is supposed to boost your immune system.

I actually ordered one this Monday.... it's called a Water Ozonator, I am feeling a bit burned out myself at the moment, I think is it from an information overload and too much time in front of the pc.
