I was right. Cat tail and Bull rush are one and the same.

Great food stuff, best flour, and all manner of flooring potential, fibres for weaving... the list is long.

These are awesome.

The root can be boiled and eaten like a potatoe (mashes well), or ground down dry to make a great flour substitute / bulking agent, or just plain eaten raw (washed of course).
