Mars - The truth suppressed again
I just opened the daily paper and spotted this article
Its clear the perspective of this picture is not top down, but at an angle to show the relief of the land. Am i the only one that can't see the "trees" in the way they do, they don't follow the lay of the land correctly to be landslides or avalanches. eg, they are perfectly straight in some ares where the land around them is not, if they truly are slides then they should conform to the natural land contours to at least some degree. Also they seem to extend upwards of the ridges they are supposedly fallign from, which can't be right, unless i'm looking at it from the wrong angle of course. Your thoughts.......... |
