If this is legit.i'd regard it better footage than Phoenix.

The video (filmed 9/12/08) is quite interesting, and I was sincerely flabbergasted. I thought in the first minutes it could be a rig suspended by a hot air balloon (those are common in Brazil), but as you advance some minutes through, this idea obviously doesn’t hold. And it doesn’t look like a hoax, or at least a crude hoax, like filming light reflections on a window. The focus and all the behavior of the lights given the camera seem to match the fact the lights were indeed very distant.

Then, as the skeptic I am, I wondered that if this video was indeed shot over Santiago, nothing less than the region that includes the capital of Chile, with over 6 million inhabitants, this December 9, then there should be other witnesses. Where were they? Was this then a video hoax, only a very good one? No matter how good a video can be, it must be corroborated by testimonial evidence (and vice-versa, no matter how ”credible” a testimony may be, it must be backed by physical evidence).

Answer to 'why there wasn't more eye witnesses?' question?

Lights of a city. Think those massive signs / hoardings / ultra bright street lights are an accident? think those highly lit shop windows are an accident? No my good friend they are designed that way for an absolute total bona fida reason.

To keep you looking in the windows or around at ground level and allowing zero ambient light from anything flying over head from making you look up.

Designed that way and instigated at the behest of peoples with an agenda to keep whats occuring in the skies over head secret. Sony electronics is another great example - produced a camera that could take and film IR ufos at daytime in the sky... and they got shut down by a 'scare tactic story' about perverts using it to see through clothes - caused outcry and protest from the sheep. Little did they know that three weeks before that story a man sent a tape allegedly to the UK MoD showing a great day light Infrared ufo footage with said camera.

Strange world we live in huh? or should I say strange pen we are held in against our will.

Yeah it looks striking; better than phoenix arizona stuff in my opinion-when they peel off and keep rotating then one at a time powering up towards the left,intense luminosity then dimming and peeling away again-wild!!lol.

First, why does everybody have to use the x-files music? geez, and second, why do ufos need lights or why do they even have any kind of lights at all? if they are so advanced then using lights for any reason seems primitive in a way! just wondering because I've never heard anybody else ask this question. Otherwise, good video!

I think the lights routine is about communication in our 3rd/4th density maybe a biproduct from their power system but used to do a furtive roly poly in the sky lol.

They have an incredible power source for travelling through gigaverses and across universes.

Here in the lower plains it develops heat (higher plains negate this due to the vibratory fields and also at high speeds there is less 'stagnating energy as it is used at a ferocious rate) and thus this heat energy is converted into light energy in both visible and IR spectrum.

When they want to hide they pump it out as pure IR. When they formation fly they use it to signal to watchers and each other.

Hence why IR is way and far the best way to catch these little beauties.

and to Dantheman62 and his question about the light use, that is a good question and one witch i have pound over for 12 years.

some of my conclusions about that is maby...

....like Antaletriangle say, a biproduct.

....their actual drive system, that i suspect goes from the low ir to above gamma and they lit up as they manifest in the rainbow specter where we are manifested . (my favorite...)

....they dont give a s****, "u see me and i dont care" "i am superior"..lol

HaHa, that's true about the light thing, I'm sure they don't really care if we see them or not because they will just leave in a flash, while laughing at our primitive jets trying to catch them LOL!
