5 test missiles launched by North Korea

Just in keeping with the usual behavior, North Korea launched five short-ranged missiles Monday into the ocean, after assuring Chinese officials that the DPRK was ready to return to the multi-party talks on it's nuclear program.

( I do not know...more distractions?)

Could be, certainly has the Russians shaking their heads about it.
