Codex Alimentarius
## CODEX ALIMENTARIUS - A PRIMER and A REMINDER FOR ALL ##
Quote This is very scary and will be passed into law by end of this year if nothing is done. Codex Alimentarius, which is a "food standards guideline" developed for all countries in the WTO and developed by a commission created in 1963 by Food and Agriculture Organization (of the United Nations) and the World Health Organization. Special Note: US compliance with CODEX guidelines is mandatory as written in CAFTA and as dictated by being a WTO member (or we face heavy international trade sanctions). The two most important aspects of this is that CODEX is about trade and money, not safety, and that CODEX will govern ALL foods and medicines, not just vitamins. For example, per Rima Laibow, MD from www.healthfreedomusa.org , who is deeply involved in preventing CODEX from becoming our "law": 1. Codex Alimentarius requires that all meats, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables must be irradiated by Dec. 31, 2009. 2. Codex Alimentarius requires that all dairy cattle are to be given Monsanto bovine growth hormone by Dec. 31, 2009. 3. Codex Alimentarius reclassifies vitamin and mineral supplements as toxins and dramatically limits their dosage and availability. 4. Many nations have already harmonized their laws with Codex Alimentarius making it their de facto law. This has already been approved by the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and others. 5. Codex Alimentarius allows significant trade sanctions to be levied against noncompliant nations. 6. In 2005 there were five bills submitted to congress to weaken or eliminate DSHEA. Quite shockingly, the CODEX committee has stated that nutrients are toxins an must be assessed for risk. This is the philosophy (because it certainly is not based on science) that the Vitamin and Nutrient portion of CODEX is based upon. Also, CODEX is based on Napoleonic law whereby anything that is not permitted is forbidden. Rather than common law, as in the US, whereby anything that is not forbidden is permitted. Currently, there are only 26 vitamins and supplements listed as permitted in Codex. As an example, fish oil and CoQ10 are not permitted. The EU has already started implementing some of these "guidelines" as you will see in the video. As stated above, maximum dosages will be dictated. People in France are getting arrested for selling bottles of 500mg Vit C because the doseage exceeds that of CODEX guidelines (this occured in France, if memory serves). Under EU law, which aligns itself to CODEX, only 65mg of Vitamin C per day is considered a "safe" dose. I BEG everyone to watch the videos linked below and spread the word. It is happening now, and we must become informed and act. [Just as occurred with DSHEA, we all must unite and make our voices heard. We must demand our health freedoms. If we don't, we deserve the outcome. 1. This issue is much greater than the FDA. CODEX regulations are global (WTO trade) and the demolition of our rights under the banner of "trade" is in full progress. 2. It will fall on us to protect our health freedoms and access to vitamins, supplement, herbs. Full stop. I implore everyone to take time to watch the following videos to be brought up to speed on the issue of CODEX. This information is critical. This video gives a clear explanation: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...84912495233634 |

Re: Codex Alimentarius
In the light of Codex, I had a very quick read through HR825 on food safety in USA. I find legalese a very difficult language but if/when HR825 is implemented, it does seem that it could be used to stop the sale of organically produce foods. I'd appreciated the comments of people better at interpreting the language of legislation.

I found a press release by checking the Red Ice Creations website. Red Ice Creations interviewed Scott Tips of the National Health Federation on November 13, 2009. The National Health Federation website has a press release dated January 4, 2010 that claims we were all "suckered" into believing this December 31, 2009 effective date! Read the Press Release |

Re: Codex Alimentarius
Great find Seashore!
I had heard Gen. Stubblebine and his wife Rima Laibow were both disinfo agents. I am starting to think this entire conspiracy thing is purposely being played on us to create more confusion and to line people's pockets. Now that Jesse Ventura is being allowed to do his Conspiracy Show, with Alex Jones a frequent guest, as well as Rima Laibow, it makes me wonder what this new game of theirs is. I don't quite trust it yet. With this new information regarding Codex surfacing, it really makes me wonder who the real players are and who are the ones making money off of it. |

I have been very puzzled about Alex showcasing Rima Laibow and her husband. I have been assuming that he did not take enough time vetting them - but I don't know. It is disturbing. |

Re: Codex Alimentarius
I heard that we have to accept what Jessie is doing because it does get him on other shows, even if its not all we want to hear. Also it will allow him to bring on other guess such as David Icke and others.
I felt that they didnt go far enough but we have to remember that TPTB decides on how far he can go. We still get the better part oof our news from the TV shows series on the scify channels <sigh> |

I'd like to look into this further...at this point it seems almost everyone doing any good work in the Truth Movement is accused of being a disinfo agent or is working for the Illuminati. It's hard to know what to believe anymore...gets frustrating. |

Dr A True Ott has written an expose entitled "Laibow's Lackeys - The Truth Behind Rima Laibow MD and her Colleagues (Parting the Curtains of the 'Natural Solutions Foundation')." The expose includes the resume of her husband, Gen Stubblebine. Here is a link to a Word document of the expose: https://www.clayandiron.com/announce...JAN%202009.doc Connecting with Sauce's post on the thread "Please Sign Petition to Prevent 3 Billion Dying (Codex Alimentarius)" is what got me started researching Laibow and Stubblebine. Here's the exchange from that thread. |

Re: Codex Alimentarius
Thanks for putting that up seashore, yes I believe I heard that Dr Ott did background check on her and found her background to be in many psychological experiments as her husband was one of the ones who invented the idea to Stare at Goats, now a comedy.
He was on Ventura's Conspriacy Theory show too, he kinda made him out to be a bit nutty. He met Laibow in a field, she flew in from Panama on a small plane, where she lives now, she said she won't live in the U.S. anymore because she is afraid for her life. To be honest there was more but I read it or watched it so long ago I would advise anyone who is interested to follow the link and do your own investigating. Bottom line is it really is confusing on which person to believe. I just step back and watch the show. This is why I don't send money or work for a cause. If I cannot discern who I am working for it may be for the wrong side and the wrong cause! I do feel nothing happens without it being approved by tptb so something is up there sleeve, maybe they want us all so angry we start fighting so they can call martial law, who knows. I don't even try to guess anymore. One more thing, being that the National Health Federation is the ONLY voice allowed at Codex, and the one who had CORRECT information on the Dec 31 date, what is Laibow doing with all the money? She has made a video I saw with her own camera at the Codex booth but what else? Has she ever disclosed where she is using the money she is getting by saving billions of lives? Re: Codex Alimentarius
ConnectingwithSauce put up a link from Alliance for Natural Health
In the body of the piece entitled Codex MISinformation it says: Much of the misinformation appears to stem from the US-based Natural Solutions Foundation (NSF), and in particular, a youtube-released video called Nutricide featuring NSF's medical director, Dr Rima Laibow. Nuff said |

Listening to Alan Watt has made me very aware of "front groups." Evidently lots and lots of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are nothing but front groups for the Illuminati. They have flowery names and their websites will make them look as if they do wonderful things for humanity but it's all a con. I've learned that if a "foundation" funds an NGO - watch out. Also, I've learned that the United Nations/New World Order agenda is largely accomplished by these NGOs. |
