What is LOVE?

I've been reading lots of posts here about LOVE. I am wondering if anyone can define it. I have some thoughts and questions on what it may or may not be and would like to hear other ideas.

Is it a vibration or a feeling? Is it something you do? Both?
Are anger and LOVE mutually exclusive?
Is it possible to LOVE someone and hurt their feelings at the same time? If someone hurts my feelings, does that mean they don't LOVE me?
How far does it go? Should we be willing to die for someone we LOVE?
Are there people deserving of LOVE and others who aren't? Are there different levels of LOVE based on esteem?
Is there anyone you must LOVE or is it optional?
