9+ States have now declared sovereignty
9+ States have now declared sovereignty, now add Washington to the
list. In case you didn't hear about it on the mainstream media (which you haven't because they want to keep us asleep), numerous states are currently declaring or have already declared sovereignty, including: Washington http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summ...2009&bill=4009 New Hampshire http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/legi...9/HCR0006.html Arizona http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp? inDoc=/legtext/49leg/1r/bills/hcr2024p.htm Montana http://data.opi.mt.gov/bills/2009/billhtml/HB0246.htm Michigan http://legislature.mi.gov/doc.aspx?2009-HCR-0004 Missouri http://www.house.mo.gov/content.aspx...ills/HR212.HTM Oklahoma http://axiomamuse.wordpress.com/2009...lator-charles- key-wants-to-limit-federal-power California http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/pub/93-94/bill/sen/sb_0001- 0050/sjr_44_bill_940829_chaptered Georgia http://www.legis.state.ga.us/legis/1...text/sr308.htm Possibly: Colorado, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Montana, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Alaska, Kansas, Alabama, Nevada, Maine, Illinois It is interesting to note that Arizona explicitly speaks about continuity of government and the role of servicemen. .."if the President or any other federal entity attempts to institute martial law or its equivalent without an official declaration in one or more of the states without the consent of that state ... individual members of the military return to their respective states and report to the Governor until a new President is elected;..." It added nothing to the instrument as originally ratified." -- United States v. Sprague, 282 U.S. 716, 733 (1931). The two political parties work direcly for the international banking cartel currently working very hard to destroy the dollar, bring about a collapse of the economy, then offering a solution to the crisis to the American people by erasing our soveriegnty, creating a regional (multi-country) currency and signing on to robust international treaties which undermine and render the US Constitution dead. They use terrorism and economic crisis to prompt the American people to acquiesce to demands. By creating fear and a general sense of helplessness the public curls up and takes it. Sometimes the truth comes out in humor, the public laughs and continues to take it. Sometimes it comes out in public but the corporate news media refuses to investigate the truth and the media no longer serves the public interest. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vSk4SUpWVuY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJZw9psqbBw The cure will be seen by the masses as a 'lesser of two evil' solution to the crisis they themselves engineered. The Council on Foreign Relations, the United Nations, the World Bank, Federal Reserve, Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Homeland Security, the Conservative Underground, NeoConservatives (NeoCons), the CIA and countless other think tanks, corporate powers/laws, standing armies, etc are the enemies of liberty. They are you guaranteed oppressors who enslave you by incremental alterations in the fabric of law, society and culture. http://video.google.com/videoplay? docid=6632255652046262625&ei=7XiKSfSkCoL8rgLXuIHGC w&q=cfr&hl=en Do not forget, security of the nation does not equal patriotism, rather defending freedom and an individuals liberty is patriotism. The Redcoats and many of the first colonists were loyal to King George. They were known as Loyalists. Those that espoused liberty, taxation with representation and the formation of a new Republic, the signers of the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were not Loyalists, they were known as Patriots.. And so it is today that we find ourselves at the same juncture, a continuation of the revolution that began so long ago. Be you Loyal to the Government or be you a defender of the Constitution, for they are not synonymous. There is no left and right, there is no longer a difference between the actions a Democrat and a Republican and absolutely there is not such thing as a liberal or a conservative. There are only Loyalists or Patriots. Choose. |

There were a few bad links in there. The link for California doesn't work, and a couple others too. This is indeed interesting. Beginning of the end, Anchor. |

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
The way I understand it is that it provides checks and balances in the execution of power between the individual states and the federal government.
Were martial law to be declared by the president of the USA without the consent of individual states, there is a provision in the US Constitution that allows an individual state to declare its independence from the federal government and to withdraw its own military back within its own borders and use them to defend their own citizens against arbitrary use of force by the federal government. They may demand the election of a new president. |

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
Or the US splits up into different 'countries', each with autonomous economies.
Seems to me I recall someone saying something about that...don't remember who it was. Anyone? |

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
That would be all fine and dandy only if the Feds actually recognized the Constitution (which they don't seem to).

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
There are several sources predicting that an end result will be a USA split in 5 different parts. At least one map has been published on Avalon showing the new divisions and explaining the political affiliation each of these parts will have.

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
The states are sending smoke signals to Washington. But, our governor just asked for 40 billion from the latest bailout heist. I have seen the map where they divided the states into 5 parts.

Re: 9+ States have now declared sovereignty
I'm surprised that Vermont hasn't joined up with the other states.
Also, I saw the map where the US is split up and now I think that it wouldn't be such a bad thing because this country can never agree on anything. Too much partisan ********. I also think that the entire South should split up into their own country, Jesusland, where they can have their little country run by religious law (much like the countries that are under Islamic Law). |
