Default "Phony Climate Change Agenda Used In Australia to Force Expensive Home Inspections"

That is the headline of an Infowars.com posting of an article on the AdelaideNow website dated February 7, 2010.

The first paragraph:

Quote:
All Australian homes will have to undergo a mandatory energy-efficiency assessment – costing up to $1500 per property – before they can be sold or rented under new laws to tackle carbon emissions.

Something does not feel right, maybe gut instinct or are they looking for something? Not all can afford to put these items in to their houses, some have to sell because they cannot afford to keep their houses,Sounds as the government wants more money.
