I agree Gio because Moscow and no snow in December is unheard of.
Even worse, the cloud is hanging over it like a thick smog and not shifted for all week my sister has been there. |

yea, it is cold, but nothing record breaking... I also remember a winter...think it was '86, when it snowed before ThanksGiving, and the snow stayed on the ground until Easter... it went below freezing and stayed there for more than six weeks...It got down to -30 and you could listen to pipes snapping in the basement... when it finally thawed out, there were fountains everywhere
That was northeastern Utah... I am not going to say that it was fun, but we all survived it without any major inconveniences. I am living in Co Springs now...and we got a foot of snow, and school wasn't even canceled (snicker) back East, they cancel school if snow is in the forecast...in the DC metro. |
