Re: Ama-gi meditation & knowledge index
This is imo, a very valuable thread.
I really would like to see people to take responsability for managing their personal energysystem and maintain balance. i would pick one exercise to start with that feels most appropriate for the moment and do it. Once you get the hang of 1 exercise and know how to do it in an instant, the rest of the exercises can be mastered a lot faster. Succes! Jenny

Re: Ama-gi meditation & knowledge index
Thank you AMA-GI for the effort you put into these meditation lessons. I havent started working on them yet because of big problems around me (grandmother very sick and ended up in intensive care unit, had to take care of family members who traveled and stayed here for a while etc). Things are settling atm though so i will be able to start working on the lessons this weekend.
I would like to ask you two questions. At some point you mention some types of Yoga and also Tai Chi that could be good to practice. I would like to know what you think of Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong), if youve heard about it. I am also part of a group which i meditate with once a week. Unfortunately, i am the only one who can speak english in the group. I would like to know if you would allow me to translate your lessons in french for them. I know i could do it without asking anyways, but i prefer to ask for your permission first, thats how i am Again, thank you for the time you put into this, ive been looking for something like this for a long time, cant wait to get started! |

Re: Ama-gi meditation & knowledge index

Thanks Ama-gi for the very informative information you posted. Couldn't have done better myself. Haven't gone through the entire lot yet but would gorge on it bit by bit.

Re: AMA-GI Meditation & Knowledge Index
Hi Ama-Gi, I did find your thread a while ago and then lost it again. Now I will be able to access it easily. Your course is going to be my main fall and winter project. Thank you for all the effort and work you did to carry this out.

Re: AMA-GI Meditation & Knowledge Index
Just tried this form of meditation and it felt good. A few more times and I should get the hang of it, perhaps while done in a more neutral environment.

Thanks so much -
Regarding the Merkaba meditation (first one listed) - what is the intention of the meditation, for those who don't know? Dakini |

Re: AMA-GI Meditation & Knowledge Index
Hi Dakini,
The Mer Ka Ba is for inter-dimentional travel. It will customise your inner frequencies as well to a higher tune. But not forgetting its for travel. Thankyou for your message. |
