I thought she was nice at first but then she kept leaving post-it notes stuck on my personal things saying stuff like "you can acheive anything only through the power of jesus christ" and other such gems of mindcontrol philosophy.

With U.S. troops currently protecting Halliburton's oil operations in Iraq and the CentGas pipeline in Afghanistan, U.S. troops are now being sent to Paraguay, complete with immunity from criminal prosecution by Paraguay or the International Criminal Court, to protect the millions of acres of Paraguayan water and land resources bought over the years by religious cult leader Sun Myung Moon. It is not coincidential that Moon's Unification Church has many followers within the Bush administration. Last month, 500 U.S. troops arrived in Paraguay to expand the Mariscal Estigarriba air base to handle large U.S. military transport planes. Moon's land acquisitions in Chaco Province are just north of the huge Guarani aquifer, one of the world's largest sources of fresh water. In addition, Moon has acquired large tracts of land on the Brazilian side of the Paraguayan border. Local villagers in Paraguay and Brazil claim that most of Moon's land acquisitions were fraudulent and illegal. Moon's World Unification Church operates in Paraguay under a corporate contrivance called the Victoria Company. Paraguay has also announced that everyone entering and leaving Paraguay will be photographed and fingerprinted. Not coincidentally, the new border control system is being financed by South Korea.

There is clearly a split within the Paraguayan government, with the Vice President and Pentagon neo-con ally Luis Castiglioni negotiating, along with a majority in the Paraguayan Congress, close bilateral military ties with the United States, apparently without the concurrence of President Nicanor Duarte. It is no coincidence that considering the oil-centric Bush administration, the Mariscal Estigarriba air base is close to large Bolivian natural gas reserves in the neighboring Bolivian provinces of Santa Cruz and Tarija.

The U.S. move in Paraguay comes at the same time the U.S. is stepping up its "counter-narcotics" operations from its Manta, Ecuador base and Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is accusing the United States of using Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) personnel in Latin America as espionage agents trying to destabilize his government. In addition, the Paraguayan military operations are seen as a Bush administration attempt to intimidate neighboring Bolivia, where MAS Socialist party and coca farmer (cocalero) leader Evo Morales is poised to become the next President in scheduled December elections after years of popular demonstrations which saw Bolivian workers and peasants deposing a series of pro-U.S. presidents. A Morales government would add another anti-U.S. and free trade government in South America, joining Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

So soon, the mothers and fathers of U.S. military personnel will be able to take comfort in sacrificing the lives of their sons and daughters for a self-proclaimed Messiah, a non-English speaking Korean who claims to have saved the souls of Jesus, Moses, Mohammed, Buddha, Stalin, and Hitler and communicates regularly with others in his departed flock of adherents, including all the deceased Presidents of the United States (who, Moon claims, appointed Richard Nixon as their spokesman from the "hereafter").

Bush and Moonies Make HUGE Land Grabs in Paraguay

The Governor of Alto Paraguay, Erasmo Rodríguez Acosta has admitted to hearing that George Bush Sr. owns land in the Chaco region of Paraguay, in Paso de Patria. Acosta says that rumor has it that Bush owns near to 70 thousand hectares (173,000 acres) as part of an ecological reserve and/or ranch. However, the governor said he had no documents to prove the rumor. Acosta said that some stories credited the land to the Fundación Patria, which Bush would be a member of. The spokespeople of the organization were not available to comment. Supposedly, Timothy Towell , the U.S. Ambassador in Asunción (the capital of Paraguay) is the present administrator of the land. First accounts signaled that Bush had acquired 40,000 hectares (99,000 acres) in the Chaco zone of Fuerte Olimpo, near the Bolivian Border. A spark of the interest in this property may have been Jenna Bush's private visit to Paraguay with Unicef, which started Saturday, October 7, 2006. Supposedly Jenna will travel to the ranch to "observe" several indigenous villages are located on the property.

The original story from Paraguay, in Spanish, from Prensa Latina that identifies the purchaser as George W rather than George HW Bush, but the Chaco purchase strikes me as more likely an initiative of the father than of the son. Bush Sr, let's remember, tootled around Latin America in 1996 as Moon's lapdog and praised him in Buenos Aires as "the man with the vision." (Moon's foresight might have included blackmail, specifically the office of the then Vice President with the Craig Spence call boy scandal. Influence, by any means necessary.) Still, keeping Moon's company is a Bush family enterprise, as Neil accompanied the Reverend last year on his 100-day "global peace campaign."

Paraguay, of course, has been a recent source of alarm to the region for its allowance of its tri-border territory to become a US military beachhead. Now, with the reports of the Bush purchase of an "ecological reserve" alongside Moon's, we have good reason to suspect that US national security has again been seconded to the Bush family business.

The land which is located somewhere near Mariscal Estigarribia is near natural gas reserves, but of more importance, It's near the one of the largest aquafers in N. America.

Argentinean Adolfo Perez Esquivel warned that the real war will be fought not for oil, but for water, and recalled that Acuifero Guaraní is one of the largest underground water reserves in South America, running beneath Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay (larger than Texas and California together).

He termed it “surprising” that the Bush family is trying to settle a few short miles from the US Mariscal Estigarribia Military Base.

Another report notes the land purchase is also nearby a huge tract of land purchased by Sun Myung Moon that sits astride Latin America's largest water aquifer, the Guarani aquifer.

According to this report, Bush and the Carlyle Group are also the owners of major tracts of land along the proposed US super-highway linking Mexico and Canada, land that will be worth hundreds of millions more when the highway is completed.

U.S. Lawmakers Crown rev. Sun Myung Moon Messiah!

A ceremony in the Dirksen Senate Office Building on Capital Hill.

The event took place this past March 23 and U.S. Lawmakers were on hand to witness and even carry the crown for the self proclaimed messiah, rev. Sun Myung Moon. The story was originally broken by John Gorenfeld of Salon. He has a blog that details a great deal of the situation. The blog is, Where in Washington, D.C. is Sun Myung Moon? Gorenfeld's site is where I grabbed the picture of Moon and his wife crowned at the ceremony.

According to The Washington Post reporters, Charles Babington and Alan Cooperman, there were over a dozen of our elected lawmakers in attendance.

Want to know which lawmaker carried the crown? The Washington Post reports:

More than a dozen lawmakers attended a congressional reception this year honoring the Rev. Sun Myung Moon in which Moon declared himself the Messiah and said his teachings have helped Hitler and Stalin be "reborn as new persons."

At the March 23 ceremony in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Rep. Danny K. Davis (D-Ill.) wore white gloves and carried a pillow holding an ornate crown that was placed on Moon's head. The Korean-born businessman and religious leader then delivered a long speech saying he was "sent to Earth . . . to save the world's six billion people. . . . Emperors, kings and presidents . . . have declared to all Heaven and Earth that Reverend Sun Myung Moon is none other than humanity's Savior, Messiah, Returning Lord and True Parent."

Now that this information is coming out, many of the lawmakers are claiming they were duped.

That I would believe.

After all, many politicians are duped into voting for things that run contrary to a healthy society and ideas that are in opposition to the principles of God.

The event was sponsored by Moon's Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace (IIFWP) organization along with several other organizations which The Washington Post lists:

The event's co-sponsors were the Washington Times Foundation, the United Press International Foundation, the American Family Coalition, the American Clergy Leadership Conference and the Women's Federation for World Peace, according to the invitation.

It seems the event was to honor some one hundred folk from around the country with peace awards, the culmination of which was Moon and his wife receiving the International peace award and crowning ceremony.

James Kirchick of The Hill reports what Rep. Davis had to say about the coronation ceremony:

Asked if he thought the crowning unusual, Davis, who has attended several Moon events, replied, “I see people crowned. I go to parades quite a bit … [and see] the queen of the homecoming parade, queen of the festival.”

Oh, so this was just a Midwestern county fair event.

But Kodama was also a silent partner in Japan's organized-crime ring known as the Inagaki-kai yakuza. (The yakuza, Japan's mafia gangs, are the laundry for billions of dollars in Asian drug trade cash.) One of Kodama's chief aides was arrested in Hawaii in 1991 for transporting cocaine under cover of the trading activity of the Sagawa Kyubin trucking company. The firm was run by Susumu Ishii, a founder and leader of the yakuza, until his November 1991 death. Reverend Moon's funder, Yoshio Kodama, was an investor in Ishii's trucking firm. The yakuza's dirty drug money is suspected of being the main source for the suitcases full of cash which Moon's members transport regularly into the United States to fund his enormous influence-peddling and corruption operations. The cash and gold watches, which American ministers and Congressmen routinely accept from Moon, are thus, presumably, paid for by the profits of the Asian drug trade. One might consider that, the next time a parishioner's child dies of a drug overdose.
Papa Bush's Cash Cow
The same sources helped pay for the election of current President George W. Bush. In September 1995, when he was seeking money to fund his son's political career, former President George H.W. Bush went on a speaking tour of Japan for the Women's Federation for World Peace, headed by Moon's wife, Hak-ja Han-Moon. After a Sept. 14 address by Mrs. Moon in the Tokyo Dome, former First Lady Barbara Bush declared Mrs. Moon "my sister," according to a small item that appeared the next day in the Moonies' Washington Times. In November 1996, the cash-hungry father Bush toured Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela with Reverend Moon, on a mission to launch a Spanish-language version of the Washington Times for distribution in South America, known as Tiempos del Mundo.

But the Bush family ties to Moon operations preceded all that. According to Japanese intelligence sources, Prescott Bush II ran Asian secret operations for his brother, the first President George Bush. Prescott was an adviser to the just-mentioned Sagawa Kyubin trucking firm involved in the cocaine scandal, and owned by the Moon-connected gangsters Ishii and Kodama. Prescott was also tied in to other Ishii businesses. From 1989 to 1991, he served as a $250,000-a-year consultant to Ishii's Hokusho Sangyo Co., according to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reports.

7. The Moon Lands on America
The unleashing of the Reverend Moon's Gnostic sex-cult freak show onto the streets of 1970s America only appears odd or inexplicable, if one chooses (as in deference to academic and media-approved opinions of modern history) to block out the openly stated aims of those who set up the cult in the first place: to destroy, by subversion, the unique experiment which was the American Revolution, and the intellectual tradition which produced it. Once that elementary point is grasped, all that need be explained is the changeover in tactics which took place in the 1960s.

This new phase of the Moon marked the promotion of mass insanity. Moon's missionaries came to the U.S.A. in the early to mid-1960s. Sang Ik-Choi, the first missionary to Japan, went to the U.S.A. with Yun Soo Lim, called Onni (Korean for "elder sister"). Onni was later "blessed" by Moon in a marriage to Dr. Mose Durst, whom she had converted. Together, they took charge of the Oakland Family in California, which became the most important center of Unification Church proselytism. In February 1972, with about 500 American members, Moon proposed at a Los Angeles meeting, the launching of an expanded recruitment drive based on forming mobile "witnessing teams" to tour the United States. This was the One World Crusade. Huge sums of money flowed in to set up permanent Unification Church centers in all 48 states, and to purchase a compound in Tarrytown, New York, on a property previously owned by the Bronfman family, of liquor and drug-money-laundering fame. (Rank-and-file Moonies were led to believe that their slave labor in producing wax candles, and street-corner sales of flowers and magazines actually paid for all this.) The Belvedere compound in Tarrytown became Moon's first home, when he relocated to the U.S.A. in 1972.

The One World Crusade was carried out with all-night, group brainwashing sessions, involving sleep- and food-deprivation, and use of psychedelic stimulants. After one notorious recruitment session at the New Yorker Hotel, bodies were found at the foot of the elevator shaft. This was the mad phase of the Moonie assault on America, the reason behind that all-too-familiar empty smile and vacant stare, worn by Moon's clean-cut, young street-corner zombies.
