Default Scientists Record 'Music' of the Stars

Just for fun - an interesting new technique for observing stars:

BBC News - Team records 'music' from stars

Try playing some of the recordings - cool eh?

They sound like sound effects from 1960's Doctor Who! I can see William Hartnell or Patrick Troughton running around fending off alien invaders like Cybermen or Daleks.

Beautiful! You wonder if ancient instruments of antiquity aren't modelled after those sounds...Resonating, indeed...
