Video of police assault on Ian Tomlinson, who died at G20 protestThe Guardian obtained this footage of Ian Tomlinson at a G20 protest in London shortly before he died. It shows Tomlinson, who was not part of the demonstration, being assaulted from behind and pushed to the ground by baton-wielding police.

Manslaughter. Its not murder because the Officer didn't mean to kill him, but still should if all is fair go on trial for causing his death IF it can be proven that the heart attack was brought on by the assualt.

It may get dropped even lower if they cannot prove anything.

I am so so happy that this video has surfaced - no wonder the Police made it illegal to film them - imagen what they would of done had there been no cameras at all.
