Catastrophe Timebomb through Methane Gas!!!

Russia has a territory, bigger than the USA, covered with permafrost, and beneath it billions of tons of Methane gas!

This gas is 23 times more climate-damaging than Carbon Dioxide!

It only needs a few degrees centigrade more to releases all this Methane.
And if this happens our atmosphere will change dramatically!
It's totally irrelevant if climate change is men-made or produced by a higher sun activity. It probably will destroy our Ozone layer totally.

Also the meltdown of Methane Gas Hydrate will affect our coastlines and sink Islands like the Azores or the Canary Islands. It also will cause Mega-Tsunamis!

This is a REAL menace, in contrast to all the other weird stuff wich is buzzing through the internet.

If this timebomb is set free, we really have Judgement Day!










I recommend you to read the book "The Swarm" by Frank Schätzing, to get more knowledge of the danger of a meltdown of the Methane Gas Hydrate in our deep sea.

I have been watching the forum if and when someone would adress Methane gas emissions.

We cannot do anything about that.

It is irreversable already.

NO PANIC, this is a natural procedure. Don't believe everything they are telling you. They, the bad ET's, feed on fear and are creating that through these posts.

As the icecaps are melting the salinity of the oceans is changing. With all the cold water coming in from the melting icecaps and the salinity-change the conveyorbelt is slowing down. This will bring colder temperatures (iceage??) and the freezing of the methane.

There are some places were methane is escaping all the times. Its one of the answers on disappearing ships in the Bermuda triangle. If gas escapes and a ship is above it it sinks in a matter of seconds.

For the Carbon Dioxide. 6000 years ago we became farmers out of hunter/gatherers. This was because there was a lot of Carbon Dioxide in the air at that time, so we could grow crops. Plants LOVE Carbon Dioxide and make food and oxygen out of it. Plants are growing at dubble speed these days because of Carbon Dioxide. This will enable us to grow food in the times ahead.

'why haven't we tapped it as an energy source' is an excellent question. Nat'l Geographic channel did a big special on methane hydrate--the deposits at the bottom of the ocean floor. The show went on about how scientists were figuring out how to mine the stuff so far down and get it up to the surface where we could use it. So much more combusitble than petroleum, clean burning and all that--and here Mother Russia sits on top of the Motherload of it .... You know, the simple truth is, with a little planetary cooperation, we could all live like Kings...

You mean like tapping the vulcanic vents on the bottom of the ocean(s) for overheated water (700+Celcius) at the pressure of that dept and make the flow, power a turbine?

It only has a half life of 7 years in the atmosphere. So if it starts to release it will break down very quickly...

It is being produced by natural processes all over the world all the time. Even farts contain methane gas. The amount of cows we have produce massive amounts of methane gas. For this reason we actually use methane gas as a predictor for life on other planets.

Occasionally large bubbles escape at once. This is a natural process. And not a problem. This happens on the ocean floor, in various lakes but also in marshlands.

Come on people. We can think of more likely natural disasters to scare ourselves ****less with right?

Tapping the Methane in Russia is a very very dangerous operation, because this would make everything worse.

Imagine you tap this gas on several places in the Taiga, then you indeed have a huge energy source, but what makes it very complicated, is the enviromental pollution by conveying it.
And the 2nd danger is: you can't control the whole deposit, and prevent it from breaking through.

Tapping this is really dangerous!!!

And of the Methane Gas Hydrate in the deep sea you better let your hands off! Because, if this is tapped, i.e. mined completely, then whole coastlines will slide into the sea, and this will cause huge Tsunamis.

Look up some real scintific websites about it, before calling it "fear mongering by evil Aliens"! Are you kidding?!?

Tapping Methane is like opening Pandora's Box. If you open it one little slit you can't close it ever again!
