yes they live to lie I want to believe... what a load... I want to know And then there's this guy.. sorry but Im actually a big fan, loyal When you can fly and have a hummer drive over you while lying on a bed of nails, be buried alive, fly through death valley hanging from meathooks through your back from a helicopter, walk on water, survive being hit with 3 million volts from a Tesla Coil, be run over by a steam roller, hold your breath underwater for 5 minutes, and countless more things like this in front of a sceptical live audience. Then you can knock Criss Angel. I guess in this case BELIEVE is an appropriate word as most things he does are illusions... its the things that aren't, that no other magician in history would even attempt that are the real mindf***. Amazing entertainer. Last edited by Luminari; 05-10-2009 at 03:09 PM. |

Re: X men - 5 Dollar Ft. long Subs-cryptionite
Same here, but unfortunately much of the evidence for UFO/ET phenomena is so nebulous that one must often settle for "believe" rather than "know".
Also, the "Agent Mulder" character in the X-files had the misfortune of having to watch his sister's alien abduction when they were both children. This was obviously very traumatic for him so personally I am inclined to cut him some slack. If he wants to 'believe" rather than know, I am OK with that. I have met people who claim to "believe" or "know" all kinds of strange things about UFO's, ET's, abductions, etc. Since I have no personal experience with any of these phenomena myself, I maintain an "agnostic" viewpoint on the whole subject. But I also try my best not to be judgmental of others no matter where they stand on these issues. |

Re: X men - 5 Dollar Ft. long Subs-cryptionite
I was a bit annoyed (understatement) when I found out David Duchovny doesn't believe in UFOs or ETs at all... he thinks the whole thing is a big joke.
So I dont support the X files franchise based on his lack of integrity. Thats fair enough NewParadigmGuy If you want to remain neutral on the subject. |

I have not watched any TV or even owned one for about 10 years now but the last thing I watched before giving up TV was the X-files. I thought the show was fun and I enjoyed the personalities and adventures of the two lead characters. Also I thought Skully was hot. Their true-life viewpoints on all this stuff don't seem at all relevant to me. Quote:

Re: X men - 5 Dollar Ft. long Subs-cryptionite
Since the birth of the mystery schools, the gargoyles and hideous beast ,were displayed for those who would be frightened by appearances alone. They were placed there to hide the ancient wisdom, and it works til this day.
If there was some powerful serpent energy , about to rise on this planet ,and i didn't want you to be a part of it. I would create a myth ,based around the serpent fire. The serpent fire of the Kundalini will cause you to shape sh if t the hell out of here.We are in the sign of Taurus or is that Tourist V =Visitor. I'm about to be a shape shifting firery Serpent |

Re: X men - 5 Dollar Ft. long Subs-cryptionite
Has anyone seen the new Lincoln car ad campaign? "Lincoln MKZ ready for lift off 2010."
The song playing in the background is: The song talks about a countdown, then says 'Earth below us, drifting falling..." Watch it here: Click the "Luxury at lightspeed ad" Lincoln MKZ commercial I wonder when the countdown started. Click the "Sirius travel link" ad on that page. I will watch all the ads now, lol. MKZ... Lincoln... M & K can both be 1000, and Z could be a reference to the age of the Moon on March 22... when the roman computists were trying to calculate Easter. But, I am only guessing. |

One of the few car companies that is increasing sales in the current market is Hyundai because they came out with a program allowing the consumer to return the car if they get laid off. Now that's what I would call clever marketing! |

I have always thought "Nubira" was a really strange name for an automobile. It makes me think of the word "nubile". But I suppose I have a dirty mind.

Re: X men - 5 Dollar Ft. long Subs-cryptionite
Holy cow!
Guess what DAEWOO means in Korean: "Great Universe" So we have the Great Universe, Nibiru - Planet X vehicle. Daewoo Nubira X-series. Turns out "Nubira" is korean for "go anywhere". So 'Planet X' can 'go anywhere' in the 'great universe'. Nice. Last edited by Luminari; 05-11-2009 at 05:28 AM. |

You make a perfect point... but myself growing up in car town USA, we bought cars because of the pie in the sky marketing. Plus the Lincoln is for the white collar corporate whom has perks for auto expense. However, someone who doubts their job longevity will buy the Hyundai instead, just as marketed too! |
