Re: A musical interlude
Ive no idea why this is a white box.. perhaps a moderator can have a look at it. here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGX1wROmK5c Don’t think sorry’s easily said Don’t try turning tables instead You’ve taken lots of chances before But I’m not gonna give anymore Don’t ask me That’s how it goes Cause part of me knows what you’re thinkin’ Don’t say words you’re gonna regret Don’t let the fire rush to your head I’ve heard the accusation before And I ain’t gonna take any more Believe me The sun in your eyes Made some of the lies worth believing Chorus: I am the eye in the sky Looking at you I can read your mind I am the maker of rules Dealing with fools I can cheat you blind And I don’t need to see any more To know that I can read your mind, I can read your mind Don’t leave false illusions behind Don’t cry cause I ain’t chnaging my mind So find another fool like before Cause I ain’t gonna live anymore believing Some of the lies while all of the signs are deceiving season greets pan Last edited by Pangaea; 12-26-2009 at 09:38 PM. |

Not sure what went down here but thanks for keeping this on track. This is PURELY for musical interaction, one of the last bastions of spirituality left to us where we can express ourselves differently and yet say the same thing, that we all vibrate together. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2INiTebb6s LL&P Z |

Re: A musical interlude
I have no idea what started this off, but here is what I have to say. This is not aimed at any single entity, it is general and to ALL of US.
This thread was for a long time a refuge, a place to go much to like Mudras' "Life of Plants" thread, where one could kick back, chill out and enjoy fellow avalonians messages to each other, love notes to each other so to speak. Is nothing sacred anymore? Does every single thread have to be tainted by hate, aggression and stupidity? Do we have to put up with this wherever we turn now? Perhaps someone should start a "I hate you to #$@# thread where we can vent our spleens and get rid of all the vileness that is building up. Damn, I never thought I'd see the day I didn't want to visit my own thread anymore. I hardly go into the other threads as it is and here we go, even this one is now contaninated. Awake? No, not by a long shot. Pathetically immature and self centred? Yes. We ALL need to do some growing up here. There is a lesson in this and so far there are no pass marks being given. Time to tension up people. There is a very simple saying....If you have nothing good to say, shut up. I can't put it simpler than that. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RaekgRtsTiQ Lets get on track now and rise above ourselves, that is the real challenge....death of the ego...really tough but doable. |

Re: A musical interlude
Rocket engines burning fuel so fast Up into the night sky they blast Through the universe the engines whine Could it be the end of man and time Back on earth the flame of life burns low Everywhere is misery and woe Pollution kills the air, the land and sea Man prepares to meet his destiny Rocket engines burning fuel so fast Up into the night sky so vast Burning metal through the atmosphere Earth remains in worry, hate and fear With the hateful battles raging on rockets flying to the glowing sun Through the empires of eternal void Freedom from the final suicide Freedom fighters sent out to the sun escape from brainwashed minds and pollution. Leave the earth to all its sin and hate find another world where freedom waits. Past the stars in fields of ancient void Through the shields of darkness where they find Love upon a land a world unknown where the sons of freedom make their home Leave the earth to Satan and his slaves leave them to their future in the grave Make a home where love is there to stay peace and happiness in every day |
