Sorry, national security concerns prevent our being able to divulge anything about the weapons of mass destruction.

On the surface, you might say, yeah, national security trumps need to know. But it was BS and a sick ploy to harm a huge number of innocent people.

If you accuse someone of something, the onus is on YOU to back it up. you can't prove a negative. You can't toss an accusation and then say "there...now prove you didn't do that". Sorry. What world do we live in, anyway.
