Problems Subscribing in September

If you have tried to subscribe to the forum during the Month of September there are some problems with the forum that we have not been able to track down and repair yet.

Our all volunteer forum support team have personal and work lives outside the forum, but hopefully some time will open up this coming week to research and complete the needed fixes.

The problems may have started as early as Sept 5 when the system stopped sending out the promised emails to complete your registration on the forum. This includes email confirmation, and every other thing on the forum that would send an email such as notification that you have a PM or requests for lost passwords.

People who managed to get past that point, now find they cannot pay and join the other members posting to the forum.

What I can do at this time is to give temporary free passes to people who are having difficulties signing up and paying. Send your request to karen@projectavalon.net.
