I would like to say thank you to all who have passed on.... for there understanding and replenishing of the universal archives they have provided...

And I give thanks to the souls within my life now... may our loved ones live forever in our hearts.

Giving thanks is always good. I know i read somewhere (don't know exactly where)
on this forum that the most effective meditation is one of emotional gratitude.
Don't think the word, just feel the feeling of gratitude.

LOL Dan

Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Above all, I am thankful for my sanity and calm in these crazy times. Thankful for a good belly laugh and a peaceful, calm day. Thankful for the joy my children bring to each and every day.

Love and Light to all.
